1.0 Description
The color video camera described shall be a Sanyo Model number VDC-D1185VP or equivalent. The Camera described shall be an industrial grade, high sensitivity, 520TVL high resolution, “Vandal-Resistanct Dome” style color video camera with varifocal lens, Digital Signal Processing, dual mode color and black and white video camera.
2.0 Bid Specifications
The color video camera shall incorporate an interline transfer method 1/4” charge coupled device (CCD) with approx. 470,000 picture elements (795Hx596V, 752Hx582V effective). The video camera shall produce a picture with more than 520 lines of horizontal resolution, 400 lines vertical. The video camera shall have a minimum light requirement of 0.06 lux at F1.4. The video camera shall have a video signal to noise ratio of more than 48dB. The video output level shall be 1.0Vp-p (75 ohms, composite). The video camera shall have Backlight compensation and automatic gain control and automatic / manual white balance adjustment. The video camera shall have internal sync and line lock system.
The video camera shall include a built-in varifocal lens: F=1.4 to 1.8 (f=2.8 to 5.8mm) with manual pan tilt and round positions

TILT: Manual + or - 45'
The video camera shall not exceed a dimension (W x H, Bubble) of 162x114.8, ø 100.5mm diameter (6.4”x4.5”, ø 4.0”) and weigh no more than 1,350 grams. Power requirements for the video camera shall be 12-15V DC and 24V AC.
The video camera shall be ISO9001 certified and CE listed.
